Error With Plans

I have a problem with some weapons blueprints (paris, seer), flat systems (rhino, volt), I can see them in my inventory but when I look in the window casting, the plane I mention it as if it was not.

Submit a support ticket. From what I can understand. They will help u.

You can attach jpeg/screenshot by uploading it to hosting portal. Like imageshack.

Then in forums you can use this command:

[img]http:youruploadedpicture.com[/img]
