Game borked after I died stabbing the lich

The game stopped working properly after this happened. I was in the middle of doing the final requiem stab and my warframe did the death animation. It instantly revived and the game looked like this. I could only scroll round with the mouse and wasd keys. I was holding both a and d to try and get the finale animation to work but it wouldn't register cuz it thought I was just panning around the screen. I couldn't bring up the text box and menu so I had to restart the game. Might have to do with radiated team mates but idk
