The Tower Rush Game Mode

I concur with this idea in conjunction with making it a variation/replacement/upgrade to the Sanctuary Onslaught mission, as well as the notion of letting players choose to start at different "checkpoint" floor levels they have reached during previous attempts.

In essence, at any given time one may choose whether to start the run from the first floor where enemies and rewards are weakest but still accumulate stacking benefits for consecutive number of floors cleared in one run, or choose to start at a higher level with higher-difficulty enemies for an immediate shot at the higher-level rewards sans boosters provided by clearing previous floors, but enabling them to advance further up the tower to higher footholds and eventually reach and challenge the top-floor boss on a more reasonable timetable than if they were required to make the entire climb from bottom to top in a single play session.
