NightWave Affinity lost

Twice already I've had a bug where after finishing a nightwave goal I would get the affinity as usual. But after the next mission the affinity will roll back and the mission will still be listed as complete. Functionally losing points. I can't remember what it was the first time.

But this second time I was doing the Lua halls challenge with a group, since I had one done already I got the fourth hall on my third mission, so after the mission I checked Nightwave, ranked up to 23 and 1750 affinity,  and got the precision mod, before doing another mission so the other players in the squad can finish theirs. After the mission I checked again only to realize I went back to 22 and 4750 affinity and can't find my mod in inventory. No longer have the halls of ascension mission to do.
