What would be universally in warframe, the worst nerf to happen?

Bringing back self damage, BUT all weapons that have stagger now will deal self damage.

Actually no, that cooldown on Vacuum is still the worst one.

Probably this, removing the ninja from space ninja makes Warframe pretty pointless.

If they add any more automatic maneuvers I may also get fed up, automatic blocking without tweaking the blocking animation to not interrupt actions or send you aim-gliding was pretty terrible.

Technically it's a buff, but:

 

All weapons can now be ranked to 40 and require 5 forma to get all mastery points.

Parkour and any attacks automatically bound to Alt F4, cannot be unbound.

Finishing a mission without any kills would delete system 32 and issue a Vac-ban, forcing you to use operators to kill at all levels with only void dash and void blast.

If they take one of those "make the game more difficult" threads and runs with the worst stuff.

So ALL abilities now require line of sight and to introduce "fear" they also make it so that if you ever die your frame will be permanently lost along with all the mods and gear on it.

Another one could be: Friendly fire is now turned on in all missions.

removing the extra mod capactiy on everything and  keeping all stats at 100%, all mods would be qol instead

Honestly, it’s what’s been at the heart of the game’s evolution that makes combat feel so great (beyond Melee) but also presents the greatest issue for challenge:

Nerfing movement speed, attack speed, and aoe/CC powers and weapons.

The enemies are slow and rather limited in intelligence.  The goal has been to make them “spongier”, “tanker”, and give hit-box/full immunity to damage but we have not seen smarter, faster, and deadlier.

At this point I assume DE simply CAN’T make smarter, deadlier, faster enemies for reasons (OG Manic, we miss your pounce), so the answer being “softball pitch” proposed to us (see Pablo’s post) to lessen the blow is the general reduction in speed, damage and powers.

TLDR:

The worst nerf that is being hinted at would be to make Warframes and Weapons more like the slower, limited enemies rather than make enemies more like us.

  1. When companions (pets, sentinels, etc.) die in a mission, they die permanently, taking all their equipped mods with them and forcing you to start from scratch.
  2. Every player is limited to one platinum trade per 24 hours. Limits for trades that don't include platinum are left as-is.
  3. All focus perks are now waybound, so you cannot benefit from any perks that aren't in your currently active school.
  4. Losing all health while in operator mode now sends your operator into bleedout instead of transferring back. If you're in a squad and your bleedout timer runs out, you fail the mission and are ejected from the squad. If you're playing solo, you simply fail the mission immediately.
  5. Orokin Reactors/Catalysts now require multiple component parts, just like Warframes themselves, to be crafted first before you can craft the main blueprint. These components require large numbers of rare resources from all over the star chart, and take 12 hours each to complete.
  6. Bring back the daily revive limit.

Im not gonna lie, if they made #5 a thing but made them more common i would actually probably enjoy it just because they are such a rare occurance atm

Affinity gains are hardcapped and stealth multipliers are completely removed.
