Cant join my friend's squad and he can't join my squad

i can't seem to join my clan mate's squad due to "host not found" idk why but it occurs to him too 

the worst part is that another tried to help but that problem is still there 

we can't trade in our dojo and i can't see them and they can't see me 

in trading post i see their names but they don't see mine and they say that i'm offline even though i'm in the game

I've restarted the game multiple times and the problem is still there

idk if by playing in a different region did this because i switched asia to north america or my matchmaking is at 300ping 

but How do do i fix it
