-DM-Nexriot Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 now one simple question what f*ck mod give you accuracy, the mods what i already see only gives you stability.
Letter13 Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Really? I mean, I have it maxed and on my Flux rifle, and I'm having very little problems with the accuracy. I mean from your descriptions I was expecting my Flux rifle to become a disco ball. I've been having no trouble aiming with this mod.
plznohurtme Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Problem is that you can't really compensate for accuracy where as with recoil you can. Not to mention that they changed entirely how mod works now instead of fixing how it affects recoil-less weapons. This isn't a proper fix, this is a lazy way of fixing stuff. This, I was using it on the majority of my weapons because recoil can be adjusted for with better firing patterns or just dragging the mouse down. Spread pattern makes it impossible to use with certain weapon types and if this was their end goal how about they just put it back to recoil and limit what weapons can use it. I most certainly agree that zero recoil weapons not being effected by it was a big problem, but on the flip side now any weapon with it equipped cannot be effectively used at range reliably no matter what you do.
-DM-Nexriot Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 you need a proof like a youtube video? 4 post down of this have a video with magnum force you need a video for heavy caliber? you think this is a nice change?
-DM-Nexriot Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) yeah its nice i have no problem aiming Edited October 17, 2013 by nexriot
semigod22 Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 pls note that not everyone is playing with flux... thx

Not just to prove a point or anything, but because it's hilarious.
Letter13 Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 So far I'm having no problems with flux or ignis. As for ogris in that video? Eh. Corrupted mods aren't useless. They're doing exactly what they ought to... It makes the user weigh the pros and cons. Is the extra damage worth the accuracy hit? Some may say yes, others no. At least now the mod is working as intended.
BlueIstari Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Sounds like this mod isn't meant to be used maxed on every weapon, and you'll need to find a rank with an acceptable tradeoff. I'm personally okay with this kind of balancing, but if this is going to be the case, DE really needs to lower the cost of ranking the thing to compensate for needing multiple copies, or allow us to temporarily reduce the rank of our mods.

The complains are mainly for weapons like the Acrid and Ogris where they have insanely slow projectile time and bad accuracy.
-DM-Nexriot Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 working as intended .ok.nothing more to say time to create funny videos xD like the sniperderp or william tell and the derpbow
LazyTheGypsy Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) I fail to see how this change is bad, seeing as it makes bullet weapons with higher fire rate a bit more viable, since spread was expected anyway. I wont have to see everyone running with a flux/ogris anymore hopefully. Edited October 17, 2013 by LazyTheGypsy
EvanTheNewbie Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 I find it hilarious how the tables have turned with this accuracy change. The people worried about the change were the continuos weapon guys, but the ones to be short ended were the single shotters.
-DM-Nexriot Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 yeah who needs precision and nice aiming , you can run with your soma spraying and praying xD derp shoots for all!
Valkyrie9001 Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 "Woe is me, I don't get 150% free damage without any side effects!" "This is the worst balancing I've ever seen in my life!"

Don't know how terrible the damage spread is though. Edited October 17, 2013 by vash2pid
Chaosdreamer Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 On flux , its just keep awaken , still funny to see my laser moving but not doing anything else , oh anyways , if the laser moving like that , isnt this supposed to cut my weapon and eventually making it explode?
WildJuice Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 yeah who needs precision and nice aiming , you can run with your soma spraying and praying xD derp shoots for all! That's so ninja.
-DM-Nexriot Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Rng now included in everyshoot.wellcome to warframe!
LazyTheGypsy Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) I have this mod on my Gorgon and I have Never been more pleased with my mob-mowing bullet hose. Y'all are being babies. Edited October 17, 2013 by LazyTheGypsy

luanle21 Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 i just lvl it a little and it sucks, thanks god. yep same
plznohurtme Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 That's close range Rank 9 with the Supra, I understand some people just spray with those weapons, but I like to actually conserve ammunition and burst fire accurately. With the recoil mod it was possible to do either one because you just had to compensate for the crazy recoil (and it was crazy) but now it's completely impossible to do accurate bursts. This way of balancing is complete S#&$.
LazyTheGypsy Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 *snip* I fail to see how any of those bullets would have missed if you aimed for the chest.
Shehriazad Posted October 17, 2013 Author Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) I fail to see how any of those bullets would have missed if you aimed for the chest. If you aim for the chest of an enemy that is no more than 5 meters away.... if an enemy is 10 meters or more away with that Supra Im certain 50% of your stuff will miss...... and that cone is shotgun like...making this weapon absolutely unusable beyond close-medium range o.O Even real life shotguns can still hit and kill enemies reliably in 20 meters range. A machinegun with a spread like this would probably only be used for suppressive fire...and only if theres nothing else to use xD Edited October 17, 2013 by Shehriazad
