It's because of toxin cloud. Notice that if you put in Toxin you'll lost Electric Damage from the status. Because the Toxin in the weapon and Toxin you added are joint together as Corrosive. From the perspective of the game. You cannot have 2 of the same Damage type in the same weapon. So it deleted/joint the damage from arrow impact and only calculated the damage from Toxin cloud.

This make me a lot of headache unless they fixed the Toxin cloud damage to only do Toxin damage as percentage of the damage like how 'Nightwatch Naplam' does.

PS. However, you can still added another element mod other than Toxin and it'll calculated correctly.
