Status Effects - Allow Infinite Stacking, No Outliers

All status effects should have infinite stacking, so that some statuses aren't strangely left behind. 

Fire, for example, stacks infinitely with 50% DOT damage.  Electricity does too, except each stack expires after 6 seconds by default (maybe fire stacks need to expire too, but that's a different topic).

Corrosive and puncture (and several others), however, stack until 10, and then give no benefit beyond that.  This is a weird system.  A status build with non-infinite stacking effects will always be artificially hard-limited compared to status builds that rely on, for example, fire damage.

A simple fix for this could be to allow effects like impact and puncture to apply bonus damage per stack above 10.  For example, every impact status applied above 10 stacks could give %25 instant impact bonus damage.  Another way to fix this is to give all status effects infinite stacking based on their current effects, but on a logarithmic scale.  Corrosive could, for example, strip 50% armor at 10 stacks, and 90% armor at 30 stacks, and 99.5% armor at 200 stacks, etc.
