Thought so... Sent a ticket in.

 

The few friends mentioned above also got the statues at different times, some were immediately sent to them and 2 got theirs the next day.

They told us to submit a ticket. I only got the relay rewards but not the twitch drops.

I got a reply after submitting a ticket and they confirmed that I qualified but have not recieved all rewards. Later Rebecca messages that all rewards have been distributed but I recieved nothing more. Followed up with ticket explaining and have not heard back 3 days later. Do you think we will get support?

Rebecca confirmed that you need to submit a ticket if you did not recieve something. Ive done so with them and they confirmed I would recieve the remaining drops. Its been 3 days so you may not recieve anything.

I'm the same linked my account sat there watching the whole thing and I've received nothing yet my friend received the hand cannon and the prime frame I'm proper devastated

The Same thing happend to me but the only thing i got was the statue and the   Staff skin nothing else.

hi i just need help. i watch the whole tennocon2020 but still its already 5 days but i dont have the hydroid and the weapons. can someone help me?. its just so sad. ive been waiting for this but none. and all of my friends got it the next day so i gave myself hope but until now still none.

I personally got mine pretty much after the 30 minutes but two people I watched it with didn't get all of them. One didn't get Hydroid but the cannon and the other person got neither.

I didn't get the hand cannon.  I watched the whole thing, and I got hydroid prime.  For some strange reason, I can't log in to the support site with my PS4 account.  So, I haven't created a ticket for the missing drop.

I am the same as you, I even sent a message to support and they did not answer me anything, I was 6h and I received athodai, skin of canes and sculpture, but from hydroid or news

Hand cannon I got quick as was there early/all day.  Hydroid took about 12+ hours to show up.  Still haven't gotten the staff skin yet though.  My experience over the last few years is they get out eventually.  They just have trouble handling the throughput of stream watches every year (even the smaller dev streams get hit like this sometimes).

Whats funny is that this was really my first tennocon and i got nothing besides two thins for going in the relay  thats something am i right.

I did watched the stream all day of it and did not got the twitch drops only the handcannon showed up after stream but the warframe prime did not show up

I opened a ticket yesterday but haven't heard anything yet. Good luck.

I didn’t get Hydroid prime or Athodcai as well, been 2-3 days now but I’m trying to be patient, rather hard seeing others with those items....
