Deadlock Protocol mission Volunteers crashes — progress blocker

I can’t seem to complete this mission in the Deadlock protocol quest. Every time I get to the room with the golden hand, Eudicos voiceover plays correctly, but then the biz’s audio cuts out, the room shakes, and the whole game crashes back to the Xbox dashboard after about a minute or so. This happens every time I try to play the mission. 
 

Anybody else having this issue?
