Doesn't say "Must be included in the picture". So no, it isn't "Quite Clear". Go look at the previous contest winners, a few of them DO NOT have the names IN THE PICTURE. Going the extra mile to remove the UI for a higher quality picture shouldn't disqualify you from the contest. It shouldn't put you above the rest either. It's all about creativity. You could have the lowest resolution and graphics settings and still have a chance to win based on CREATIVITY. Reminding someone that they have forgot to include something a (sign or ballista) is appreciated, but calling out other submissions based on your interpretation of the rules isn't very polite. Yes, there are a few rules that could have been clarified (allowing photoshop, type of sign, visibility of ballista), but you just have to take what they give you and work with it.
