Aeris: The Furious Breeze -- Warframe Idea, Presented By Dearhunter

Aeris is a warframe based off of air and wind.

 

Mostly wind.

 

Her abilties rely on displacing and drawing out the enemy, such as wind tunnel, being able to pull enemies from cover, or push them away.

 

She has rather average armor, slightly above average health, and wimpy shields.

 

However, she makes up for this in great stamina and movement speed.

 

ABILITIES

Air Compression:

Aeris compresses her weapon's insides, making them more accurate with much less spread, and projectile travel is much faster, reloading speed is however, slightly reduced.

 

 

Galeforce:

Aeris is carried by a POWERFUL wind, and bashes an enemy, after bashing the enemy, the wind then carries off the enemy, but not Aeris, damage is inflicted when enemy impacts, but the wind can wither away, and the wind can only end up blowing it a distance away. This powerful wind flings enemies if they get in the way of the charging Aeris.

 

Damage scales form distance traveled, this means:

D = Damage

L = Length/Distance Traveled

I = Impact

 

D + L = damage done with the bash

I + L = damage done upon impact

 

Wind Tunnel

Aeris crates a tunnel of wind that carries off enemies, bullets, and projectiles, dealing no damage,

things caught inside the tunnel (excluding you and your allies) will speedily be flung in the direction the wind tunnel blows in. This can also be applied onto ceilings to press down on enemies, and make them move slowly, or maybe fall down.

this can be used to carry away enemies that are giving you problems, such as:

 

A charging horde of Toxic Ancients/Ancient Disruptors

A grineer firing squad far away, that you just can't hit.

Corpus MOA hordes

Enemies in general

 

Tornado:

 

Aeris generates a violent twister, that picks up enemies, dealing small damage over time, then FLINGING THEM doing heavy damage upon impact, this ignores armor.

 

x damage over time plus x on fling

I believe this Warframe will prove useful for people who like to mismatch the enemy, playing a support role, or harassing the enemy with movement slowing and flinging.

 

Hope you consider adding it in the game! Sorry I can't give you a picture, not experience with this kinda thing.

I think you've focused too much on the physical Push/throw aspect of wind.
Resistance and Tunnel push. Gale and Twister throw.
Stealth/Cutting Damage/Enhanced mobility. 
I would suggest replacing galeforce with a wind cloak. Higher mobility+invisibility but it deteriorates with bullet fire/melee attacks you make. 
No attacks, safe at any distance to an enemy.
x attacks safe at beyond 5 metres from an enemy. 
2x attacks safe at beyond 10 metres from an enemy. 
Kind of deal.

Well, Wind Tunnel is also used to pull enemies towards you, but you have a good point, I'm going into tweaking Wind Resistance to have a different effect, thank you for your tips! :D
