Black Screen On Mission End

Completed an alert mission on Jupiter for credits and after the screen had faded to black upoun exiting the mission success screen, it stayed as a black screen during this I did click the mouse to see if something would happen and heard Despairs firing sound, after about 5 mins of waiting I force quit Warframe and booted it back up, suprisingly enough upoun checking the arsenal page it seems I did keep the missions xp, credits, mods ect

 

I do have the multi core rendering option on and this was a 3rd mission I played after installing the new update.

From memory it didnt matter what mission it was but I havent had the problem happen again since then, the pc must have been throwing a hissy fit for the day I guess :P
