It is crossing the line.

There was that thread earlier. I'm not sure if it was noticed by DE...

Anyway, here I am bumping this topic with news:

1. I have just had a situation where I was doing Liberation stage (with bonus - keep the control level above 50%) at night in solo. And I failed the bounty because there were literally no enemies in the area and the percentage value was ticking down (from somewhere about 45% to ZERO, one percent at a time).

2. Additional info about Capture stage. The bonus (complete without killing an enemy) may fail even if random Vomvalyst or Vasca Kavat kills some Grineer.

That's BS, I tell you.

Just posted something similar to your #1, except I have never had a GOOD experience with killing enemies to keep % above 0. Failed it 5 times last night trying to do Steel Path bounties, using five different setups. Either there's no enemies, one is hiding somewhere, they're too spread out to solo, or they're bullet sponges (Nox or Thumpers). 

I'm sure it works fine if you're in a good team, but thats almost never the case for me. Either my teammate is a MR 2 guy who can't aim or I'm solo 99% of the time.
