(PSN)chris1pat8twins
With the next update coming and warframe needing to be sacrificed for abilities. Heliocor will definitely need to be upgraded. Not to just scan new enemies but to collect standing too on any enemy killed with it. Cause taking like 5 seconds to scan a target over and over, even longer when they are constantly moving, is just too tedious. And that’s a lot of standing needed to get the duplicate frame parts from Simaris. Currently it would take 1,850,000 to get everything from Simaris. Which is 62 days worth of grinding with a 30,000 standing limit. Even if DE cuts the price in half, that’s still 31 days of tedious scanning over and over. Grabbing a Heliocor and just wipe out hordes of enemies and collecting standing would be 10x faster and easier. A lot of people don’t have all day to be playing period. And most are gonna want to play the new infested. It’s just too much. Not to mention Baruuk and Hildryn only cost 5,000 Fox Solaris standing which can be just as tedious if not easier than Simaris. So either their prices should all be reduced to 5,000 each. Or the Heliocor needs to be able to collecting Simaris standing regardless of the codex is completed or not so that players can get their daily limit faster. The Heliocor is suppose to scan enemies period. Whether they are completed in the codex or not. Makes zero sense that it can’t.
Shaburanigud
I did hear DE saying the costs from Simaris will be reduced. Other then that, the Heliocor isn't really all that weak right now. It was just so unpopular before that people just assume it's still weak (No that doesn't mean it's great) It's an okay weapon. Though I do prefer the Syndicate version then the normal one. Robolaser
If obtaining duplicates of quest-locked warframes wasn't annoying enough, then we wouldn't be "incentivized" to buy them from the ingame store instead.
taiiat
i would like Heliocor to do a full Scan including Simaris XP, yes. it's not like this is going to flip the game upside down by any means. and it's not even really about speed perse, Stealth Scanning is relatively quick really - but why is there only one option? why is that the only thing the Player can do to fill that Quota. (XBOX)Rez090
So explain how the Synoid Heliocor would award Simaris standing if it's a Suda weapon? Wouldn't that weapon give Suda standing then?

And since Simaris is all about data, it would still grant Simaris standing. She may be her own syndicate but she is still a cephalon.
