Host leave, Host Migration

i have a issue with the host migration that has happened more times then i can count and i have lost SO MANY! credits and time because of this. Every time im playing any of the missions where you can leave at certain point eg, Defense at every 5(not normally on normal defense but 100% of the time on fissures) or in the case im most frustrated with the index. if i or others choose to stay and the host leaves the game is supposed to migrate to a new host and continue but in every case it bugs out and im left either leaving and having a fail on my permanent record + losing ALL loot or in the case of the index i have to restart the game. Its a massive waste of my time and alot of resources i have forfeited or precious prime parts i have lost. Please fix cause im sick of wasting soooo much time for nothing.
