Possible nigthwave bug?

Hello!
So, I've been trying to complete the act 4 puzzle for nightwave, but it seems like the last clue doesn't spawn. I have tried looking everywhere and I just can't find it. Is there a posibility that it didn't spawn? What can I do?

It spawns.  I can tell you I have seen three other streamers playing the episode and all of the clues -- while different than mine -- were all in very easy to reach places along both sides of the long road.  

One of the problems is that too many of the MMO-oriented players tend to overthink the locations for where the clues will spawn on the map and stop trying to think they're going to be put in so out-of-the-way places it's almost impossible to find them.  Think of things in obvious places and you'll find it.

i think sometimes it may not spawn all 4 on the first visit, at the very least leaving and coming back can help reset your headspace

1 is a small thing, like a USB Stick. Maybe easy to overlook.
And look behind this Spotlights. I search 3 tuimes the whole Place because the light dazzles me. After the third time, i take my time and check all with aptient and found the last one behind one of this Spotlights.

UPDATE: As I feared, I am indeed stupid. Found the last clue, it really blended with the thing it was on so I never noticed it. Sorry
