Crazy idea regarding Operator movement.

Operators aren't really fun to use and are mostly just tools for reviving people without anything to worry about (In my experience) and the old movement system isn't being utilized at all, by that I mean nobody really uses wall running and even sprinting around because of how useful bullet jumping is.

I'm feeling like having operators utilize pre-bullet jump mobility would really be fun and leave room for more fun options.

(Ideally I would be able to actually use some weapons other than amps and feel like I'm playing oldschoolframe a little, <3 you DE!)

The old movement system was tied to specific objects or areas in the environment, unlike the current one. Wall running was along specific parts of the wall, not anywhere you want, for example. I'm not sure if the technology or code for it is still in the game. I've also heard that it wasn't honestly all that fast.

 

I'm not opposed to better movement for the Operator's that's less clunky, but movement 1.0 is probably not realisable for it.

Honestly movement 1.0 wasn't fast at all, 2.0 was a definite improvement on pacing for Warframes, I just think Operators really could use an improvement in base movement mechanics (not necessarily speed) I honestly don't find it fun to move around as an Operator with the clunky system in place delegating them to simply revival or void dashing for me.
