What will happen if Credits become tradable . just curious

Not much. You would just break one of the safeguards that makes loading plat into alternate accounts a pain, and make it a little easier for people to get hit by trading scam bots. No big deal really. Mainly only affects the people who play on PC.

The problem is that DE would have to increase the credit requirements for things. I could give someone 10mil credits easily, that would set them up for a while. I think it would be excellent for abusing new players with. But that’s all.

Like everything else that stacks but takes a trade slot per item. If you want to buy a stack of 50 relics it takes 9 trades.

I know, I mean, why? 1 credit per slot?

Why trade credit when they are easy to earn? How would the trade tax work on credits?

It also kind of seems like a DE thing to do. Give the players something they requested while making it such a pain in the ass that they might as well just done nothing at all.

easy solution to your recommendation

you will now be able to trade 1 credit per slot, up to 6 credit total per trade
with a trade tax of 1 million each (like legendary mods) for a total of 6 mil credit

seems like a fine idea if you ask me

Because there is an important reason to prevent being able to transfer credits rapidly. Credits are needed to trade high value items, including plat. People can't load a new account with lots of credits to facilitate transfer of plat and stuff like that, so new accounts have to play and accumulate credits.

Most players find ways to accumulate credits through play, and soon find that there are nodes which give tens of thousands of credits for a quick run, which helps ensure that they are able to make their gear and do a bit of trading.

Eventually they get access to the index and can rapidly earn exponentially more. Eventually they can get the gear and practice, allowing them to run the Profit Taker quickly which can be even more rapid than the index. Either of those means that the player will have more than enough credits to engage in serious trading on a daily basis.
