Beam_Hat
Will I have more chance to get more health orbs or more chance to get one by using Pilfering Swarm on an enemy affected by Synth Deconstruct that I then kill than if I was simply killing it under Synth Deconstruct without using Pilfering Swarm? TheArcSet
They're both death triggers, but I assumes it's just like Nezha's ability, only 25% rather than 100%; so they should stack, with any orbs juts being extra drops.
RazerXPrime
I would guess they are completely separate. Synth deconstruct adds a chance to drop a health orb and pilfering swarm gives a chance at extra loot from the default table. I wouldn't say Synth deconstruct adds the health orb to the table as a default drop. But this is guesswork from my side.

taiiat
L00t Abilities make Enemies more likely to Drop things that they already Drop normally. Enemies do not normally Drop Health Orbs, so no, there is no reason to think they would affect each other.
