Cannot leave Railjack seats

Just as the title says, I cannot dismount any of the seats in my, or anyone else's, Railjack. I took a few-month hiatus from the game, and it worked fine before - I left just after the end of Operation Scarlet Spear. Other people have no problem with the seats in my Railjack. I can only get out of the seats by warping out with the tactical menu.

Speaking of which, many of the seats get stuck in their "in-use" state (visually) if you warp out while on it... but that's not that important.

The only piece of possibly useful information I could think of/find is this line in the EE.log file, which seems to appear quite a lot during Railjack missions:
