DarlingZeroTwoForever Posted August 19, 2020 Share Posted August 19, 2020 Hello guys today i'd like to talk a bit about Warframe support that they clearly dodge the question and not help at all i got banned 2 times until 2035 january 1 because the devoloper said i'm using a third-party program because they don't think you can do 2hrs survival or even more at steel-path because they don't play their own game i did even offert him to check up my whole PC and he just said that i use third-party program and he won't lift the ban because i was cheating the game because the automation bot is #*!%ed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Never would even try and contact support if I got a ban like that. buddy i got 2.1k hrs in the game about 2k in steam i'm basicly a veteran player and i got banned without reason he doesn't even want to reply to my questions or try to help me he just did lift the ban for literally less than 24hrs when he did lift it the morning i got banned again and i got full HD recorded survival's that's probably the anti-cheat or etc. i don't really know man but i have spent some money in the game and deserve to get banned cuz they cannot fix their game and on top of that De:desireee is quite rude since he doesn't reply to any of my questions they need better devoloper's and tester's about their game if you ask me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Don't spread rumors if you have no idea what you are talking about. If they are talking about a third-party program, then they are talking about a third-party program and not about the length of a mission. Support wasn't dodging anything. You jumped to the conclusion that this ban has to do with the amount of drops you got. But if it was about that, then the message would say something about abnormal rewards from a mission. But as the message talks about a third-party program you must have something running in the background that activated the anti-cheat engine and lead to your ban. There was never a ban talking about third-party tools when it came to farming steel essence. So again, your ban has nothing to do with the steel essence. And if it's the screenshare from discord that lead to your ban then you will turn that off. Or you just stay banned. It's up to you. All in all support didn't dodge anything at all. I have done long runs while in calls and screen sharing. I have not been banned, nor has anyone else I know. I don’t see the thousands of other complaints anywhere about people getting banned for using it either. So it seems like you are just trying to use discord as a scapegoat here. Many things can count as a bannable software. For example, any macro could. Any cheat software for any game that you forgot to shut down also could. Or are they also banned? DE has made Discord servers, so it seems unlikely they would ban anyone for using it. Not one person I know has been banned for using Discord in any game at all. It seems unlikely you would be banned for using Discord when no one else seems to be. Maybe you don't know what you did, but you have many programs constantly running in the background. It sounds like misunderstood what I was saying. Those are your "Apps". You have many background processes and things running all the time. If a software (say Edge playing music) needs more memory for a video it could take some from another source, if you are capping it. It seems unlikely that it would be flagged as anything though. We on the forums cannot help you with regards to resolving in-game bans. As an aside, running any sort of third party program that can access and edit active memory (such as Squalr, MemEditor, Cheat Engine or other applications that allow accessing and overwriting active memory in use by other programs) can trigger the anti-cheat system. Even if the application is running in the background and you're not using it on Warframe, simply having it running can trigger the anti-cheat.
