How is game in terms of heavyness these days?

Kornvak

Question

i havent played this game for like, a long time now, and ive been wondering how heavy it is now, i feel like playing again for a while but the issue is my current laptop only has intel UHD620 and i5 8250U, i have also mobile RX550 but i cannot really use it because my AC doesnt supply enough power for both GPU and CPU to run at decent speeds.
so just curious how feasiable game is on low quality with igpu, i already use linux, i can optimize system all i want, just would like to hear feed back if its futile or not.

you'll be fine if you have enough ram, its far more memory heavy that before but nothing crazy, with shared mem on laptops probably something like ~12gb, I could run even the open worlds on a 10 year old gpu lowering the settings and resolution

also the install size is ~40gb and you kinda need SSD now

ive got nvme and 16 gigs of ram so that one is just fine, by default it has built in max of 512mb of vram but iirc it can take some out of ram

Then you'll be fine, it has no problem on just 8gb system ram + 4gb GPU with everything maxed (if there are no other heavy tasks like chrome eating your ram at the same time)

I'm running it on a laptop with 8GB of ram, 1GB NVIDIA card and a HDD.
I turn down settings if I want to run open world bounties quickly, but it's fine, for now.

I also use throttlestop to undervolt and up speed-shift-EPP.

It runs fine on an Amd A4 3400 with Amd 6450 1GB with 8GB Ram and a hard disk. Open worlds don't run stellar but don't take long to load and are playable. Multiplayer can see some crappy frame rates sometimes. Your system should be fine.
