You have fallen victim, along with thousands of other Tenno to this Sayandanas fatal flaw. It only opens in missions while you're taking damage to your health. DE refuses to acknowledge our pleas to change the way it works or to delete the closed state of the Flox. Hopefully one day we'll see a fix.
