Cipher softlock on mission stage "Retrieve the Data", Unable to Complete

Game was put on solo matchmaking mode.

Game softlocks on mission stage "Retrieve the Data", when cipher used to bypass consoles related to this stage. Both the door and "dome" in which console to hack located does not open with cipher used, tested out it with different timings (i.e. using cipher before console UI appears and using cipher after console UI appears) and different methods of using cipher (via hotkey and just clicking on UI, dunno if there is difference). Bug successfully replicated with each new session.
