Phased Through Elevator as Titania

I was doing the recent alert that has you kill Lephantis in under 5 minutes. While going to extraction, I was sitting in the elevator while in Titania's 4. I phased right through the floor of the elevator platform and got stuck in the elevator shaft. I was unable to reopen the elevator doors or phase through the elevator platform again. A teammate had to call the elevator back down, then I phased through it again and was able to proceed as normal. I was using Titania's Spellbind ability on myself during both instances of phasing through the elevator platform. Not sure whether or not that may have caused the bug.
