DE should have never made the abilities transferable as is(read me out). They should have stuck with the infested theme they have for Deimos and made infested version of the other frames abilities to transfer over. I said this when  the live dropped that this would be a balancing issue that DE would nerf and make weird changes trying to balance things while also walking on egg shells around their own set up of rules. 

Had they just went with the infested versions of the abilities instead of the actual copy and paste powers, they could have done anything they wanted with out diminishing the status of any frame at all!! They could even mix the frames abilities up 1-4 with small bits of each to make an unique ability. They also didn't need to release them all at the same time, this could have been an on going thing like augment mods and prime frames. There was no rush needed, so now they are in over their head when covid already has their work capacity crippled, it wasnt a smart move. I feel they should scrap it all and focus on infested versions of the abilities.

For example:

Rhinos stomp would be an infested version of stomp that gives you a stomp that has a juggernauts stomp like aoe along with rhinos CC. This makes stomp very interesting even for rhino players. If you have a rhino prime, you're now farming a normal rhino to upgrade to an infested frame.

Garuda her current selected blood alter could be something that uses the parazon animation that stabs a target with an infested parazon or appendage and cause the target to sit on an infested altar giving health back while also linking a % of the damge you take to the alter and limit the alter to 1 or 2.

Trinity's well of life infested to make a target into an ancient healer that redirects a portion of all allies damage towards its while healing the ones in range as well.

Nezahs fire walker infested would be a corrosive trail similar to the cacyust(infested scythe) or the infested muralist MOAs  that would occasionally grow those small infested growths that blow up when a target gets near them.

These are just examples to paint an image. The possibilities are endless and they could have fixed up many different abilities that seem to be lacking or need a change. This could be done without going back on frames kit by utilizing the subsumed system this way. This will bring a lot of creativity to warframe in a controlled way while offering something new for everyone. The frames were never designed to have subsumed abilities, limbo, Grendel, Nidus, Hildyron, Guass just to name a few kit dependent frames.

What limit does the infestation have? Whats the main theme of this update?       What allows freedom to create while maintaining a balance in play styles?
