I noticed I could not repeat the Mutalist Alad V notice after I completed it 2-3 times, as shown in the video below. To be able to do the bossfight again I had to relog, that would make me able to do it once, before giving the same result again (Unable to create session). I do have the keys (3 keys as of the video). Switching between solo/public etc. does not help either. I relogged twice, each relog letting me do the fight once before breaking again.
