前天我刷突击任务生存出了狂战士MOD，但是没进仓库

my chinese isn't the best, but i think you meant the berseker mod not working correct, right? did the weapon you used had enough critical chance to trigger it? that might be why is seemed to not working correct. you can see a little icon appearing when berserker triggers, starting with 25% at the first critical hit, then 50% and 75% after the 3rd. crit within the timer duration - after that, each new critical in the duration resets the timer and leave it at 75% until the timer runs out, then it goes back one stage (50% then 25% and zero after that, with the icon vanishing too). some other things also might "reset it" - like falling into some pit or jumping out of the 'allowed' map-area.

That's not what I meant. I brushed assault missions to survive out of the Berserker MOD, but after the mission, I couldn't find this berserker MOD in the warehouse. It took me a long time to brush it out, please help me to see if I can find this MOD

ah ok... so i assume that you ended the missions successfully and thus should got all the collected rewards too - also, no crash of the game happens, right?

in that case, the only thing that would make sense would be if you have an active lich who made his/her home on the the planet where you did this mission and he/she 'stole' the mod from you. if that's the case, you will get the mod back when you vanquish or convert your lich. if you, by chance did not yet actively hunt for lichs, it might have been that you accidently started the lich (when 'killing' a larveling on a grineer mission). you can see if a lich is active on a planet by the little lich-icon next to some of its node.
