Random Glitch in game

dont know much of this glitch per being random, happens in random times, i cant use my operator and the ability's of warframe, cant atack, basicly the only thing to do is move, its a random, happens sometimes in the plains some times in any defense mission, basicly the frame show movement but cant do any action .
