Supposedly when you convert a Kuva Lich, the Lich is supposed to say a line of dialogue such as: "If the Queens ever find out, I'm dead meat, but... deal." for the Jovial Male Liches and "Allegiance or death? Nothing is gained from death. And so: allegiance." for the Logical Female Liches. However, after converting five Kuva Liches, four male, one female. I've have never had them say a single line of dialogue. Now I know that this dialogue exists, there are YouTube videos of it occurring, and a full list of conversion quotes can be seen on the Warframe Fandom Wiki.
