-Miau-Darinus
So now i got a my first trade ban for 322 hours after 11.500 hours ingame playtime! i did yesterday 2 ''long'' Steel Path survival runs (3 hours 2minutes , 2hours 43minutes) after the daily reset i just saw i got a trade ban , i dosnt did any other thing the last days , just farmed Steel essences , all runs was like 2hours - 2hours 40/50 minutes so the 3 hour run is maybe the point of the ban . many people get that trade auto-bans , but dosnt know why .. I wanna ask and hope to get an answer what exactly trigger that ban ? (to long run , to many ressources in all or per minute , to many kills) and if the problem is just how long were in the mission there would be an easy way to change it , so that people dosnt care about leaving after 1-2 hours , THE ONLY POINT to stay long is that we need 1 HOUR to get the maximum eximus spawn rate , so it would be stupid to leave at 1 hour , so maybe change steelpath missions to get the max eximus spawnrate after the first 5 minutes , so we dont need to waste 1 hour every run to get the max spawn rate , thats the thing we think about ''hey if we restart we get 1 hour low spawn rate so just let us stay another hour with the max spawn rate'' it feels bad to get a trade ban for playing and endless mode for just 2-3 hours .... !!!!! This post is not to get trade-unbanned !!!!! Thats not a ''Hate'' ''Cry'' ''Flame'' ''unban me'' post , i just want a clear information about that like hundreds other players , so we know where we need to stop our normal farming runs without a risk to get flagged of that automatic system. Thanks for your time and maybe we can get the clear information for all 🙂 @Letter13@[DE]Steve
DrivaMain
From reports I saw the system puts a cap your average resource gained within a certain time period. So if for some reason you went over the cap the system flags your account.

(to long run , to many ressources in all or per minute , to many kills) While you may want an official response, thing is, well, you can't really get one. Stuff like these are kept secret. The trade-ban bot doesn't just look into your hours played, but also, your teammates activity, how often you move, the resources you've got, etc. The actual algorithm in question cannot be made public because it lets exploiters to bypass multiple anti-cheat systems, which would pretty much break everything. For now, we can just speculate, and there has been some speculations on what triggers it, and frankly, there's quite a lot. >Inactive-ish teammates increases the chances of getting tradebanned. >Getting over 35 steel essence seems to have a trigger point, but it doesn't immediately ban you. >Rather high resource gain per minute (ie, 4 looter frames working at once.) could make you look sus to the bot. This can be made worse should smeeta's charm be involved >Staying in one part of the map is very likely to cause bans. There can be even more. However, long runs itself does not seem to trigger the bot. It most likely doesn't care how long you stay. I say that as I've seen players stay for like 5 hours and not get banned, as well as 2 hours and still get banned (and vice versa). So, personally, I don't think the duration matters. It most likely seems to check your resource gain rate, how active your teammates are in movement and combat, and how active you are.
(PSN)haphazardlynamed
DE doesn't like to encourage hardcore farming. They would prefer more casual players who impulsively buy items direct from the Market or via Access Packs. Of course they won't officially tell you the criteria, it would expose their agenda...
