People not showing up, can't trade

I hadn't noticed it before I had made a trade, but after a single trade, I couldn't see people anymore. Any relay like setting (dojos, relays, cetus, fortuna) People don't show up anymore. I'll enter a relay and even if the chat says that people are in it there's no one actually present. Since people don't show up in dojos or maroo's, I can't actually trade anything because for whatever reason the game requires an actual model be loaded on your screen for trading to be possible. I tried restarting the game, restarting my computer, waiting a long time. None of them worked. I then switched over to steams version and people showed up once again. Once, then it started up again after a trade. Its a permanent problem after the first trade and I'm not sure if its just me or the game, I've never had this problem before so I don't think its my computer. I'm guessing its something to do with the recent update since I had traded a bit before it and it wasn't a problem.
