my game won't lauch

it appears that my laucher is running as it should but then when i click the play button the game never starts but it still appears in the task manager as if it was running succesfully. i've tryed to repair or to change the compatibility or to restart tmy pc but apparently it doesn't work. shouyld i uninstall and then install once again or there is something else to do before ?

Try verifying the game files first, then optimize it. To do this just click the tiny gear icon on the top right.

That said, the most important question is this: Do you meet the minimum requirements to play the game?

Try locating your EE.cfg and renaming it to something else as this will reset your video options.

Are you running in DirectX 10 or 11 mode? If 11 try 10.
