Ayanga Recoil - unpleasant behavior, difficult to summarize

When fired on foot, Kuva Ayanga has what I would define as a 'screen shake' effect where it bounces the screen to simulate the recoil of such a large gun.

There are a couple issues with this:
It does this even when Screen Shake is disabled. Why does this not count as Screen Shake? It's shaking my screen.
It often causes close-up flickers of my Warframe to fill the screen.
That last thing makes my eyes hurt. Literally.

It appears to be related to the Ayanga being an Archgun, as it has the same recoil visualization in Archwing mode - but in Archwing mode, the camera is positioned (and generally behaves) slightly differently.

To reproduce, follow these steps exactly for - in my experience - a 100% reproduction chance:
1: Equip Kuva Ayanga as Heavy Weapon in Arsenal.
2: Go to any mission - Railjack in Free Space, Simulacrum, anything.
3: Use Archgun Deployer to equip the Ayanga in-mission.
4: Fire Kuva Ayanga in full-auto, especially while moving. If your FOV is especially high, fire it while moving through doors.
