Cant go through greenlight doors

I wanted to do a lith fissure on venus, i joined, but when i entered with an already existing squad i couldn't get pass the green light doors(the doors that automatically opens) so i was just stuck in the rooms. The only time i could get pass the doors was when a teammate passes by and the door opens. Really frustrating and lost a fissure so if this problem occurs to many players, pls fix. Thank you
