Glitching through floor sometimes in PoE when I try to equip my K-Drive

This happens randomly I glitch through the floor in PoE after I equip my K-Drive. I go through the floor and fall forever and there is no way of getting out of it unless I close the game. Sometime I can equip my arch wing while falling and get back to the surface but as soon as I try to land I go through the floor again. I have had this happen to me numerous occasions. I have a 1st edition switch if it is of any help to you in tracking down this bug.

Yeah it happens to me too sometimes. Also I glitch through the floor on Orb Vallis. However on Orb Vallis I can re-equip the k-drive and/or wait a bit. I will appear then on the doorstep of Fortuna.
