I have a feeling that Nechramechs won;t be usable in a lot of Warframe's content. As in, very likely not outside the Deimos Free Roam map (or other Free Roam maps). A large portion of the time you probably won't need to choose.

EDIT: Also, just wait and see what Nechramechs are actually like. It'll be easier to inform your decision that way.

From what we know for sure, you will be able to build your own Necramech and mod it, it will only be use-able in Open Worlds, as they will be a deploy-able just like the K-drive, Archgun and Archwing.

The Necramechs wont probably be as good as you think, more so cool then anything else. DE was using crappy gear and a not properly modded Excal for the show-off of Deimos, meaning that chance are that our current best loadouts are more then overpowered enough to make Necramechs obsolete and not exactly needed, but hey, its a mech, I can take some power nerf if it makes me able to pilot a golden bastion of a unit.
