16 days no ticket response?

no idea ...i submitted multiple tickets over time and got response in a day or two ..

Thanks for the response. I finally got a response after 23 days and said all they said was, 'no everything's fine' and closed the ticket. so now i have to wait another month for another response with an explanation about my problem that was dismissed. It seems like their department is falling apart. Probably poor management has led to a bad work environment and with the heart of deimos release being the straw that broke the camels back. I have to assume the support department is disgruntled and under staffed so ticket responses have long turnaround and poor quality. But what do I know
