Warframe Power Energy Effects Staying On The Hands

This is a weird and occasional occurence. This happened so far with the following powers:

 

Null Star

 

 

Blessing & Link

 

Saryn's Contagion and Nekros as well, though I didn't take a screenshot. Forgot which power I used.

 

According to other people in the same game, they don't see this continuous effect. However, for the player affected, it can get in the way because it it sometime in your face while aiming your gun.

Problem still persists. When it's just the power energy staying, it's fine, but it can actually get stacked together with other buggy lingering effects, such as Obex's energy waves and the green energy from reviving. Examples:
