Unable to see any communications list + cannot match make into existing squads

Since the update dropped, I have been unable to see anyone in my clan or friends lists, as it has a loading icon for about ten seconds, then just shows a blank list, showing that all parties are offline. I have also for the last few weeks been unable to match into any and all squads that have people currently in them, and only seem to start squads that people end up joining after a few seconds to minutes, or not at all.

When the list for the friends or clan list is populating, instead of the loading icon containing the same colour as my current UI pallet, it seems to have defaulted back to the golden Vitruvian UI colour scheme, while everything else remains the same Fortuna UI scheme. I have tried closing Warframe, reopening, closing Warframe and Steam, reopening both, even turning my laptop off, letting it sit for a few minutes, then turning it back on again to no avail or change.

I've had the same issue. On discord with friends in game right now and my friends list is blank. I cant send invitations and i cant receive any. they're screen says I'm not online but i'm the only one of their friends not showing. I however have no one showing even though they are online and in game

Came here to report this as well. Since the last hotfix, my friend can see me online, but I always see him as offline. He tries to send me invites and they say they can't be delivered. I also can't matchmake into any open groups. For example, on Hydron it will show multiple open group, I start the mission and it will say "finding group" for about 10 seconds, then timeout and make me the host. Others can join into my session at that point, but I can't seem to join anyone else's.

I had the same issue - could not join any public games but could host after the finding squadmates timed out. I found a "fix" (workaround):

  1. In-game: disable UPnP and NAT-PMP
  2. In-game: change default ports 4950/4955 to something else (in my case 4990/4995)
  3. In the router settings: create port forwarding triggers for UDP ports that you changed (again in my case it was 4990/4995).

I tried only step 1 but still couldn't join; it wasn't until I changed the ports as well that this issue was addressed.
