Treasurer doesn't drop granum crrowns

I've been killing the treasurer in different places for a week and he no longer drops granum crowns. I'm trying to get back to the granum void to finish the deadlock protocol mission. I've made the xoris and just can't back to the void , maybe I'm just dumb ,any help would be appreciated.

Did you make sure the Quest is Active ?

Different places?  There is only one place that will advance the quest.  Make sure the quest is actually active, then just select it when in your master screen display from the quest list icon at the top.  It will automatically take you to the correct instance.
