Unable to Log in After Updating

I've never made one of these before, so I apologize if this isn't informative enough or anything like that. I haven't been able to log into the game at all ever since the update dropped. After entering my info, I'm stuck in an infinite loading screen with the occasional Network Not Responding warning, despite my internet and computer both not having any issues. This has been persisting for hours and I am not sure why.

Update:
I now get an error telling me that the login failed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing has changed. I'm just locked out of the game indefinitely now. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix to this that I haven't thought of?
