Cant see mining spots in deimos

i agree mining is near impossible because the branch tendrils move and sometimes even hide the blue markers. this is terribly frustrating and when you find a spot and the infestation "breathes" the vein gets bigger and smaller and actually stops the drill once the blue dot is gone.

what you on about... impossible to mine?

i mined at least 8 nodes Just from starting point in Deimos for the first time,

i would agree some places and branches are hard to see and not visible to mine, i suggest mining underground ant not open area ( where you should be mining )

but impossible? Hell no 

have you played Plains of Eidolon on release? Now that was bad mining and frustrating

I've been saying the same about fissures for YEARS. When U19 came out, there were people with epilepsy who had to quit the game. The problem isn't the fissures. The problem is how on that game mode, there's an effect going throughout the entire mission that causes your brightness to flicker randomly. If you go back to the U19 discussion threads, you'll see people with epilepsy saying things like "there's something wrong with the light, I can't play this". There was nothing wrong with the lighting, they were just playing fissures. I really, really hope DE can remove that ugly flicker from these missions.

And yes, it does cause eye strain and headaches. It also makes an otherwise absolutely beautiful game ugly as hell. More people need to be made aware of this. Here's a video of this absolutely disgusting effect. Most people don't even consciously notice it, they just know there's something wrong, but can't put their finger on it. Removing this flickering will make Warframe a 100% better game.

The mining proximity klaxon has only one parameter? pitch for proximity. 

If they added more modifiers and synth the sound dinamically, it would inform the player better. 

Even though the decal is on a rough surface, the hitbox still has a "front" and "back". 

If thesound gets some echo or muffle when you are not looking at  the front of the hitbox, or when the hitbox is occluded by terrain, it would inform the player  that he is pointing to the right direction, but should walk around the object to see the mining target. 

(and fix positioning/visibility ofc)

For the truth I hate to play hide-&-seek game where the ore impossible to see then load up weirdly and these mining materials is freaking in the wrong place or impossible to see even with the bleeping mining tool.  I had several bug mining that the object doesn't show on the rock and I was near the fastest bleeping noise as I possible get.  I hope DE fix this issues because I serious about this I can't see nothing about the mining area because of the thing doesn't provide what I need to do.

First time I thought they were being hidden by the world state change. I thought it was the infestation environment growing and contracting...nope just poorly placed?
