Can not drop fishing baits or dyes

For months now since the baits got change to the "hold rb" I have been unable to use them can this please get fixed

I am also having this issue. I cannot drop dye, bait, lures or pheromones. Is there a fix for this? My controller scheme/button mapping is done a certain way on purpose but I cannot engage in fishing or conservation because it is broken.
