Deimos: Isolation Vault bounty "Throw bait at door with"

Doing the Isolation Vault  bounty stage 1 of 3.   I've made a concoction at the bait station, and now  I've carried it to the the Spincter door. The instruction says 'Throw bait at door with"

1.) how to you throw a thing you are carrying?  Its like a data set thingy that you carry in one hand during a mobile defense mission, but I've never seen a mechanic for throwing a carried thingy.

2.) the sentence isn't finished. 'door with what?"

Usually if you're carrying something and have a throw prompt it's your alt fire button.

Nope. No joy. I'm right at the spincter door. the Bait is in my hand.  Secondary fire doesn't do anything.  I've moved to the door and their on prompt or any thing. I did a switch weapons to door it at the door. Nothing happens. This is frustrating . I'm going to abort the mission soon.

Wait a minute.  The secondary fire just worked AFTER I did a switch weapons   It like when you have you primary weapon selected and you try to throw more melee weapon.  That only works when you have you second weapon selected.  Secondary fire is how you throw a thingy.  Thank you for you help.

But that sentence still needed to be completed.  "with what?"

Where do you find the Wyrm bait anyway? I walked around for 10 minutes and found nothing.

They're at the Objective markers (yellow diamonds) on the minimap. They're widely spaced out, so you'll have multiple markers and you might want to Archwing between pickups.

I dropped my bait by accident, and it turned into a Power Cell.

It happened to me too and its so frustrating i hope the devs fix this soon
