Reactive Crystals in Warframe can anyone Explain?

So after completing the quest the very first mission is to make u enter the Vault... Reaching the end and beating the boss. The objective said is to activate the reactive crystal. Although I've been there almost 30 min and did activate using operator mode although nothing really much happens till I've run out of revives. I can't either use fast travel as well. Is this a bug?

The vault with 4 crystal yeah? Go to the right/left far side of the boss room and you'll find the 4 reactive crystal with Requiem mod symbols on it to unlock a room filled with caches inside it. (The vault door same as the door that you've encountered on the quest to get inside the Heart). When you're there, Loid/Otak will pops out and he'll help you to activate the 4 reactive crystal scattered on the boss room. Defend him while he powers up those 4 crystals outside for a few seconds (Loid/Otak move speed is very slow, so bear with it). After done, go to that door , you'll need to remember the symbol sequence shown at the door to activate the 4 reactive crystal in front of it, in order. Get inside, destroy all the caches. And I after that, I've encountered the bug where you can't extract. Tried abort the mission, got all the loots except Mother's Token. Hope that you can extract after it.

you can exit at the same point you entered its just a bit confusing, anyway when you did the whole looting thing go back to where you came from, first turn is a righthand turn simple as that, second intersection you gotta go foward then spiral up to the left turning 270 degrees in the process, then youll see you crossed a bridge leading to the exit of the cave, its kinda hard to figure out cause going in you just jump off the bridge, guess we have seen this before in caves huh?

Otak isnt popping up for me after i kill the Necramech. any ideas?

You'll need find the Vault door first, shoot the mid crystal (with Operator) in between the 4 Requiem symbol reactive crystals. And they'll pop out.

I made it to the door, and there was a little platform there, but above it no crystal to shoot. i shot the platform, nothing happened. and no symbols. maybe just bugged out?
