Deimos - Necramech imprisonment - cant leave nor use abilities or fire weapon

found a necramech out in the open and a friend took it for a ride. he left and then i got in but was unable to do anything after 5 seconds.. i fired the gun then pressed 3 then 4 and then after coming out of 4 was unable to leave via 5 and couldnt shoot either
