Sevek7
It seems to be a bug. The residues in your inventory don't register for blueprints. You shouldn't expect anything to work correctly until ~2 weeks after a big update.

Dezeption
I am kinda curious as to why the icon appearing next to "Fass Residue" has a completely different picture. Resembles the token from the mine-bot - does it not? Either way, I also been wondering about this since I collected more than enough Fass Residue (and mine-bot tokens, just to be safe) - but I can't build anything. A bummer, really. Found one of each while doing other stuff and I wanted to see what kind of abilities they would have, but I guess that'll have to wait.
